1. Ticket Policy
• All electronic ticket holders (PDF) are required to exchange their tickets for printed tickets by visiting one of the authorized sales outlets: the company offices in Jabal Amman – First Circle, from Sunday to Thursday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or Cozmo – 7th Circle, daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Electronic tickets will not be accepted in any form at the entrance gate of the event.
• To exchange electronic tickets, the ticket holder must present a valid ID and the credit card used for the booking.
• For visitors coming from outside Jordan, electronic tickets must be exchanged for printed tickets at the event entrance or through our offices in Amman or Aqaba, upon presenting the confirmation email and the card used for the purchase.
• Entry to the event is permitted only upon presentation of the original printed ticket issued by the authorized sales outlets. Any photo or copy of the ticket will not be accepted.
• All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Children under two (2) years of age are not permitted. Children aged two (2) years and above must present a valid ticket.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
2. No Readmission
• For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, no readmission will be permitted once you exit the venue. If you leave the premises during the event, your ticket and/or the wristband will no longer be valid for re-entry.
• Please ensure you have all necessary belongings before entering.
• Entry will be denied or any person will be removed from the venue if their entry wristband is found to be damaged, tampered with, or altered.
3. Prohibited Items
• Outside food and beverages, backpacks, and large luggage are strictly prohibited.
• Small bags and purses are permitted but may be subject to security inspection.
4. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Violators may be removed from the premises without refund.
5. Photography and Recording
• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
• The organizers reserve the right to use such materials for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
6. Personal Belongings
• The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Attendees are encouraged to safeguard their belongings at all times.
7. Safety and Conduct
• Attendees must comply with all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in removal from the venue without refund.
8. Force Majeure
• The organizers shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public emergencies, or technical failures.
9. Acceptance of Terms
• By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.
