1. Ages 3 years old and under are not allowed to enter the show.
2. The holder of this ticket shall be bound by these terms and conditions when issuing, using, or attempting to use the ticket.
3. Virgin Megastore act as a ticket seller and are not in any way responsible for the content, performance, organization, security and management of the event and venue.
4. Virgin Megastore, the ticket department of Virgin Megastore and all of its employees cannot be held responsible for the issues of the ticket, the event, the venue and the organizing company after tickets have been purchased.
5. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions and to comply with other terms and conditions and restrictions imposed by the organizer before or during the event.
6. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Ticket holders cannot resell tickets or transfer them to third parties for the purpose of making a profit without the permission of the organizer. As it may be taken out, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel any advertised ticket for the purpose of reselling it for profit or commercial gain.
7. It is possible to request the presentation of the national identity card to verify the age. Organizers may refuse entry to the ticket bearer if he/she is under the age of consent or unable to present any original document proving his identity, which, in their opinion, poses a danger to him or anyone else and in such cases, the organizer is not responsible for reimbursing the ticket holder.
8. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time and place of the event. Ticket holders must arrive early to the event site, and the organizer has the right to refuse entry to late arrivals, and in this case the ticket holder will not be entitled to claim a refund of the ticket price or request any Compensation of any kind.
9. All ticket holders shall comply with the applicable health and safety laws/rules and comply with the rules and regulations governing the venue where the event is held as notified to the ticket holder from time to time by the organizing authority or the security apparatus at the venue.
10. Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any material that the organizer or the security apparatus in the place where the event takes place will be confiscated as being dangerous or that could be used to damage the venue or spoil the event.
11. Professional photography and video cameras are not allowed into the premises.
12. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and the right to expel any person whose behavior it considers inappropriate at its own discretion.
13. The ticket holder, as present at the venue, consents to photographs, video clips and recorded audio clips that may be posted on the Internet.
14. Neither the Organizer nor Virgin Megastore will be liable for bodily injury, illness, death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or loss or damage to collectibles due to or arising from or in connection with the event.
15. If the ticket holder enters the venue and decides to leave, the organizer has the right to refuse his/her re-entry into the venue at his/her discretion.
16. If there is a cancellation of the show due to legal or security issues, Virgin Megastore will refund the cost of tickets to customers within 14 working days from the date of cancellation, according to the method of payment used.
