Cancellation Policy: Cancelation by customer:

1. Cancelation received 120 hours or more of trip kick off will incur a penalty of 10% per person and has the option to get a refund of 90% or 100% credit for future trips.

2. Cancelation received 48 hours and less than 120 hours of trip kick off will incur a penalty of 25% per person and 75% will be used as credit for future trips.

3. Cancelation received 24 hours and less than 48 hours of trip kick off will incur a penalty of 50% per person and 50% will be used as credit for future trips.

4. Cancelation received within 24 hours of trip kick off will incur a penalty of 75% per person and 25% will be used as credit for future trips.

1. If the trip is canceled by Shamal, 100% refund to be sent to customer.

2. If the trip is canceled by out of control circumstances include but are not limited to, natural disaster or other force majeure circumstance, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services or a full refund.

Covid-19:

1. If there’s a complete lockdown, Shamal will refund 100% to the customer

If there’s a proven positive Covid-19 case in one of the trip registered guests, the trip will immediately be canceled, and a full 100% refund will be sent to the customer. (This is subject to official testing results)
