Believe it or not, it's been 10 years this year since Friends went off the air in one of the most-watch TV finales of all time. So, will the cast of the best-loved sitcom of all time reunite somehow to celebrate?

Mr. Joey Tribbiani himself, Matt LeBlanc, hit the 2014 Winter TCA Press Tour today to promote the upcoming fourth season of his Showtime series Episodes, and opened up about how Friends changed his life forever, how much he sees the cast, his own real-life "modern family," and his current TV obsession…

Any plans to get together to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of the Friends finale?
Not that I know of. If there are, they haven't called me. [laughs]

Maybe at Jennifer Aniston's wedding? Are you going?
I don't know. We'll see. I don't think they have the date set yet.

Do you guys still all see each other?
A little bit, here and there. I mean, everyone's so busy working doing their thing. It's kind of hard.

Have people's reactions to you on the street changed from the time you played Joey to this show, Episodes?
I don't know that I'll ever get away from the fact that I played Joey. People are always going to remember that, which is flattering and really nice and I don't see that as a bad thing. You know, people say, 'Oh you're pigeonholed,' or this or that. But I'm extremely proud of Friends. I think we had a great run, it was a lot of fun. We all stuck together. Accomplished a lot of things. It changed the course of my life forever. My kid'slife. My grandchildren's lives.

You play a version of you on Episodes. How protective are you of what you are asked to do?
I have so much faith and trust in the producers. The only thing that I sometimes question is when it gets into my personal life. That's the only area of the show that's really different on the show. I have two sons. My relationship with my ex-wife [on the show] is completely different than my relationship with my real ex-wife. We're friends. We get along fine. I have two grown stepkids and we're still a family. A modern family albeit but a family. So it's all going pretty smooth. But I think it's more about the writing that I know that I'm safe.

Have you always had a good sense of humor about yourself?
Oh yeah. We're not working on a cure for cancer. It's a TV show. You gotta be able to laugh at it and with it and keep it light.

Do you let your daughter watch Episodes?

Friends? Yeah, she's watched Friends for a long time.In Episodes, he's not that great of a dad in it. It's more that I'm protecting my relationship with her than exposing her to language and that stuff.

Are you protective of what she watches and what she's exposed to?
Yeah, but look, time marches on. Each generation is different and there's more social media now and things she's exposed to that I wasn't at that age, and my parents weren't, to teach them right from wrong and be right there with you. She doesn't watch too much TV. She likes to be outside.

What's the greatest lesson you've learned from being a dad?
Patience is a virtue. I've become a lot more patient than I thought I was capable of.

When you catch an episode of Friends on rerun, will you watch it, or do you flip by it?
If I'm cruising around and it pops up, I'll stop to see which one it is. And sometimes I'll say, "What is this? I don't remember it." And then it will take me a second and then I'll go…"No, I still don't remember this."

What do you watch?
I kind of got a little bit addicted to The Voice last year. My daughter loves to sing, so we watched that.

Would you let your daughter audition?
No, I wouldn't. Although today she has a big audition today for the talent show at her school. She has a song prepared that I helped her with and she has a beautiful voice.

Can you sing? Would you ever want to be a mentor or something on The Voice or Idol?
I don't think so. I don't think they need me over there. [laughs] I think everybody can sing. I can carry a tune. I'm not tone deaf but I don't have an album about to come out.

What's your take on Joey now?
For me, Joey will always have a special place in my heart. He was always just incorrect. Not dumb. Just incorrect.
