* If you wish to cancel an experience after it has been confirmed, you must notify us in writing by email as soon as possible.
* If you apply a change order or cancel 7 days before the experience or less, the cancellation fee is a 100% of the trip cost.
* If you change/cancel an order 8 or more days before the experience, you will be liable for a cancellation fee of 20% of the full amount of the trip and any other non-refundable charges.
All prices are subject to change once guests details are finalized (time, date etc).

* Any extra charges incurred during the trip will be invoiced separately after trip completion.
