It was bound to happen sooner or later. After months of dressing in provocative outfits, Miley Cyrus suffered a nip slip while performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 21
Wearing a lace-up corset and matching hot pants, the recently single singer cavorted around stage while performing "We Can't Stop" and a number of other hits. When the time came to perform her No. 1 smash "Wrecking Ball," however, the 20-year-old had tears "rolling down her face," according to an attendee.
Cyrus didn't seem to be aware of her nip slip, as she wore a far racier ensemble later that night. Sporting black pasties and a white mesh dress with fur sleeves, Liam Hemsworth's former fiancé performed a second set at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Britney Spears introduced Cyrus, who also spent time bonding backstage with Khloé Kardshian Odom, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.
Though Cyrus' appearance has caused quite a controversy as of late, she had the support of many other iHeartRadio performers and attendees. "She does what she wants. She is allowed to do whatever she wants," The Wanted's Jay McGuinness told E! News. "I think her wardrobe is kind of interesting, but hey, we're in our twenties, so I'm like, 'Yeah!'"
The Vampire Diaries' Kat Graham echoed, "I am a huge fan of her fashion sense. I think she is winning, so I have nothing [bad] to say. So, I guess keep doing what you're doing!"
Dawn Richard of Danity Kane said that as long as Cyrus is happy with her outfits, she should continue to rock them with pride. "I think everyone has a different type of risky," the singer explained. "It may be risky for one person but comfortable for the next."
Comfortable or not, let's hope Cyrus' next outfit provides more coverage.
